12+4 Week Meal Plan - Package B
This is a tailored 12 week meal plan to put you on track to your weight loss goal - MOST POPULAR.
- You will be required to fill several questionnaires so that we can get to know your current lifestyle and eating habits. 
- The questionnaire responses will be used to put together a tailored plan for you. 
- Meals and quantities will be personalised to suit you and your objectives. 
- Meal sizes will be adjusted periodically to enable the most efficient weight loss, without compromising your health. 
- A generic 12 week workout programme will be included to aid your weight loss. 
- Coaching will be provided in this package. - The service will offer weekly check ins, where your coach will be able to review your progress and offer any modifications if the coach feels it is required. 
- Coaching also includes on going moral support throughout the 4 weeks. 
 
- 4 Additional weeks will be provided to help you get back to a sustainable way of eating off plan meals. A new meal plan will NOT be provided for these last 4 weeks.
